What Happens After You Reach Out

  1. 1

    We call you back

A real person from our team follows up to ask a few questions and set a time that works for you.

  2. 2

    We look at the system

A NATE-certified technician diagnoses repairs on the spot. For a new system, we measure the house and run a load calculation.

  3. 3

    You get a written price

Repairs are priced before any work starts. Estimates for new systems are free and spell out the equipment, the permit and any rebates.

Common Questions

Do you offer 24/7 emergency HVAC service?

Yes. Call (916) 476-2222 any time, including nights, weekends and holidays, for no heat, no cooling, a gas smell, or water leaking from your system. If you smell gas, leave the house first and call PG&E or 911.

Are estimates free?

Estimates for new system installations and replacements (AC, heat pump, furnace, ductless mini-split) are free. Repairs start with a diagnostic visit, and we give you a written price before any repair work begins.

What areas do you serve?

We're a Sacramento HVAC contractor working across Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado and Yolo counties and parts of Solano, San Joaquin, Yuba, Sutter and Nevada counties, including Roseville, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Elk Grove, El Dorado Hills, Davis, Vacaville, Lodi, Yuba City and Grass Valley. See the full list on our service areas page.

Can I get SMUD rebates through you?

Yes. Airflow Heating & Air has been a SMUD Contractor Network participating contractor since January 2020, and our heating and cooling installations are rebate-eligible. We'll tell you which rebates apply to your project when we quote it.

Do you work on commercial and multi-family buildings?

Yes. Along with single-family homes, we service and replace HVAC equipment in multi-family buildings and light commercial spaces. Call to describe the property and we'll set up a site visit.
